Dr. Merk also provides trainings to therapists and school-based professionals on working with youth with anxiety, behavior problems, trauma, and related problems. Your child’s behavioral healthcare should be unique to their needs and not a cookie cutter solution. Dr. Merk works collaboratively with families to understand and then thoughtfully craft and implement therapy interventions. About Dr. Merk
Dr. Rachele Merk received her doctorate at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas where she specialized in training in child and adolescent mental health. She received further specialization at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a trained Parent-Child Interaction Provider, which is a specialized treatment for improving relationships between children and parents. She is located in the Western Slope of Colorado but spent training years and the first 7 years as a psychologist in Las Vegas. She loves the change of being in Colorado, where she enjoys spending time outside with her family with two young kids.
